Each product—whether a book or a piece of art—is crafted and packaged with love. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Domestic deliveries take 5–7 business days, while international orders may take 10–15 days depending on location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and you'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

We accept returns and exchanges only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. If you face any such issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with relevant photos. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive the item. Please note that original artwork, custom illustrations, signed books, and digital products are non-refundable.

Payments are securely processed through trusted gateways, and we accept major cards, UPI, and digital wallets. Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
